Clause 01
User Eligibility and Access
Access to XandoraScope.digital is restricted to authorized representatives of enterprise entities. Use of our strategic visibility tools requires a verified organizational account. By using this service, you represent and warrant that:
- A. You are at least 20 years of age (pursuant to Civil and Commercial Code of Thailand requirements for legal capacity).
- B. You possess the legal authority to bind your organization to these terms.
- C. The data provided for analytics is lawfully obtained and processed in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Clause 02
Platform Usage Restrictions
Our intelligence platform is designed for legitimate enterprise analysis. Any attempt to circumvent system architecture or extract raw intelligence through automated means is strictly prohibited. You agree not to:
- A. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of our analytical modeling.
- B. Use the platform for any activity that violates regional or international law, including data scraping beyond authorized API bounds.
- C. Upload malicious code or intentionally stress-test the XandoraScope infrastructure without prior written consent from our security team in Silom, Bangkok.

Intellectual Property Rights
All visual language, analytical frameworks, and proprietary methodology used by XandoraScope are the exclusive property of XandoraScope. This includes but is not limited to:
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view the strategic intelligence results generated for your organization, provided all usage remains within established compliance boundaries.
Clause 04
Governing Law and Arbitration
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok.

Our systems maintain a consistent operational layer, ensuring strategic visibility is never delayed by structural interruptions.
Policy Freshness
- Quarterly Audits Legal frameworks reviewed every 90 days for regional compliance.
- Local Context Terms calibrated specifically for the Silom-Bangkok enterprise district.
